Egiten dugun bidai guztietan, bertako gastronomia dastatzea derrigorrezkoa dugu. Valladoliden ez zen desberdin izango. Gaztelaniaz badago atsotitz bat zera dioena: "Del mar el mero y de la tierra el Cordero"... Jakina da lurralde hontan jartzen dutela penintuslako arkumerik hoberena. Pisktaxo bat ikertu eta gero, jatetxe hau aukeratu genuen gure gozamenerako "El rincón de Recoletos". Serbitzu azkarra, adeitsu eta xarmagarria. Platerrak zaporetsu, kantitate onekoak eta goxo-goxoak. Gomendagarria.

AUPA! COMO VA LA VIDA? TODO BIEN?

En todo viaje que hacemos, es obligatorio probar la gastronomía del lugar; y en Valladolid no iba a ser diferente. El refranero Español tiene un refrán que es; "Del mar el Mero y de la tierra el Cordero".... Y es en ésta tierra donde dominan el elemento, y más tierno que el cordero es aun el lechazo de ésta tierra. Después de investigar un poco, para saber dónde podría ser una buena opción degustar éste plato en la capital Pucelana, nos decidimos por este restaurante con muchos años de experiencia a sus espaldas: "El fingón de Recoletos". Servicio rápido, amable y encantador. Los platos sabrosos, de buenas cantidades y ricos-ricos (y con fundamento también).

AUPA! HOW IS LIFE GOING ON? ALL WELL?

In every trip we make, it is mandatory to try the local gastronomy; and Valladolid would be no different. The Spanish proverb is a saying that is; "Del Mero sea and land the Lamb" .... And it is in this land where the dominant element, and more tender than lamb is still the lamb of this earth. After a little research to find out where it might be a good choice to taste this dish in Pucelana capital we decided on this restaurant with many years of experience behind him: "The Fingon de Recoletos". fast, friendly and charming service. Tasty dishes, good quantities and rich-rich (and based too).

Egun horretako lookarentzako, tendentziaz bete-betea dagoen konposaketa aukeratu nuen: Kuartzozko larrosa (urte honetako kolorea Pantoneren ustez) eta culotte moduko prakak.... Ez dakit zuek.. baina nik maite dut!!

Para el look de ése día, escogí un look lleno de prendas de tendencia, crean un ~~casi~~ total look en Rosa cuarzo (el color del año según Pantone) con el culotte y la Bomber (otras dos prendas de tendencia). No se a vosotros.... pero a mi me encanta el resultado!

Look for that day, I chose a look full of clothes trend, creating an almost total look in pink quartz (the color of the year according to Pantone) in shorts and Bomber (other two pieces of trend). Not to you .... but I love the result!
